Meet The Coach
As your personal running coach, it is my mission to get a detailed picture of your current fitness level and your future running goals in order to develop a training plan specific to your individual needs. Whether you are a beginning runner or seasoned runner, need help starting a running program, or have lost the motivation to get out and run, I can help.
With my coaching, you will receive motivation, encouragement, feedback, and practical advice with each workout; and you will find a fun, challenging, and personalized approach to achieving your running goals. Through an adaptive approach to running, you will be provided with a customized training schedule, information on nutrition for optimal training and racing, preparing for a race and general race skills, injury prevention techniques, information on proper running attire, running safety and running etiquette, and assistance with cross-training.
I truly enjoy coaching and getting to know each of my runners! I listen to each individual’s needs and concerns, and make myself available through email and phone consultation. I am a Road Runners Club of America Certified Distance Running Coach and former President of the Runners’ Club of Greater Cincinnati. I have coached individuals and groups from 5k to half-marathon, and have competed in numerous races from 5k to marathon distances.
