With personal attention to your running needs, good coaching can take your running to the next level and enable you to reach the goals you have set for yourself. At RacePace Running, we offer personalized training plans and one-on-one coaching for all types of runners, from beginners to seasoned marathoners.
We offer various programs, each of which starts with a free personal consultation and fitness evaluation.  Then, based on fitness level and training goals, a personalized training plan is developed for each runner.  Each plan has the option of different levels of coaching, including:
  • Weekly assessment of results and plan optimization via email
  • Personalized coaching via one on one sessions once, twice, or three times a week
  • Group Training programs
